Yesterday we ordered two very tasty curries by phone and picked them up 20 minutes later: super nice young people who keep the mood high even in the current situation and go out of their way to the (picking up) guest. The food was more than plentiful and very tasty too! We will definitely order and support here again!

Absolutely worth it! Seldom been to such a good Indian. I felt very comfortable with my wife and went home with a full stomach. We had to wait a bit for the food, but there was a delicious tomato soup as a starter on the house. We will be back definitely :)

We went to Methi for the first time this summer and have been very enthusiastic "repeat offenders" ever since. The dishes are prepared with good, fresh ingredients and carefully seasoned with spices. Even simple rice is a taste experience. There is something for everyone with the various dishes: whether vegetarian, meat or seafood, hot or fruity, it's best to let the friendly staff advise you. The restaurant has a very nice atmosphere and children are also very welcome. The owner delighted the children with small amuse gueules between the courses, so that our children also got a taste of Indian food.

It was exhilarating to taste authentic thalashery biriyani in munich! The best biriyani I ever had here in Germany. Surprisingly other dishes we ordered were also equally good. Friendly staff. Kudos to the team! Hope you guys would start delivery sometime, so that I could taste these amazing delicacies often.

Traditional Thalassery dum biriyani , mouthwatering porotta and beef fry and a spicy chilly beef. Had a feeling ,was in Kerala and not in Germany. Immer wieder gerne!

We had pre-ordered the specials thalassery biriyani and pazham pori (banana fritters) for a group of 7 members as a part of my treat to complete masters degree in aerospace engineering from Technical University of Munich.The owner Anna Maria was courteous and allowed slight adjustment in the orders ,since our numbers were abrupt and differed. We informed her 20 minutes prior to our arrival and received perfectly packed warm meals.We had a 3-4minute wait wherein we enjoyed the well lit ambience,equipped with great antique adornments and well designed furniture. Although I was slightly disappointed when the similar priced biriyani rice and the chicken biriyani , she gave me a rebate on the chickpea curry. The Banana fritters and the biriyani received rave reviews from my German friends citing the fritters to be exceptional. The only downside I felt was that the place was far in the outskirts for me.Definitely a hub to explore authentic kerala cuisine.

Ordered the Weekend Methi special “chicken Biriyani”. The Biriyani is a passion for the foodie natives of Kerala and this one touched the emotional palate bringing back fond memories. The staff are very welcoming as well, though we didn’t eat-in and took parcel orders.

I ordered the Saturday special Thalassery-style chicken biryani with Pazham pori (fried sweet banana) and it hit the spot. Being able to taste a biryani that's local to my neck of the woods in India (where my parents are from) was truly nostalgic. I loved the taste. The owners Ann and the other gentlemen were extremely friendly and accommodating. Although there was a slight delay and having my food ready, in the end, the taste of the food made it all worth it. I'd love to dig into more of their dishes in the future and would recommend this place to everyone.

Very tasty and authentic Indian food! Both curries were well seasoned and very hot in terms of heat. The homemade naan is great! We had a small zucchini soup on the house beforehand. For dessert we opted for a delicious mango cream with cream and for the lactose intolerant there was a small portion with coconut milk. Very nice and good service!

Really very tasty food and super warm service! Even at the beginning of the lunch break, we were prepared to take away food. You don't have to wait long, the atmosphere is relaxed, the interior is nice and friendly and there is a great variety of options.

Very delicious Indian food !! Here you always eat extremely tasty and you can taste that everything was freshly prepared with passion! Even after a change of ownership (same cooks, same menu) still damn good. The best Indian far and wide! The small dining room is also extremely attractive and modern for an Indian restaurant. Unfortunately sometimes long waiting times (when picking up as well as IM restaurant), but the wait is worth it :)

I came to dinner with my parents. We loved our Indian mains which was prepared with great taste and I was also impressed by the variety of options for vegetarians. The service was great, always very friendly and attentive. Generally very warm atmosphere and family friendly. It was great, I'll be back.

There were 4 of us today and wanted to leave my rating here. - Shop size is relatively small, you should reserve in advance. But is no reason not to eat there. There are parking spaces right in front of the front door, otherwise on the street. 4.5 / 5 stars - Service was a nice lady who served us. She was very friendly and met all our needs as quickly as possible. 5/5 stars - Cleanliness: Nothing negative noticed. 5/5 stars - Choice of food or variety of options: 4.5 / 5 stars. - Taste: 3.5 / 5 stars. That doesn't mean it didn't taste good. There are only a few Indians who are better. - Price / performance: Indian restaurants are unfortunately very expensive. For 4 with a starter and one drink each plus a large bottle of water, we were € 86.00. Starters were free (packed zucchini). The panadam bread (or how you write it) was unfortunately very little. These are little things that catch the eye. 4/5 stars All in all, it was good there. I would recommend it. Overall 4 out of 5 stars.

One of the best Indian Restaurants I have been to for sure. We felt very welcome and taken care of. The lady was very accommodating and nice. The food tasted really authentic, delicious. Specially the Chicken Mix Tandoori, it was sizzling! The Chicken Vindaloo was scharf, perfect for my taste. The complementary Zucchini Achar was too tasty. It‘s amazing to find such an Indian cozy restaurant out of the city. It’s even more interesting to find that they serve authentic foods. We will be back there for sure. 5 stars

Methi is the best Restaurant that serves authentic Indian food I've been to, so far. You can feel the love that goes into serving the dishes in the flavors.

One of the best places... One of the best places to go for authentic Indian food! I love the flavors at Methi and the staff is really friendly and helpful. Being Indian, I like the fact that the food is absolutely authentic and healthy (not submerged in loads and loads of oil like other places). You won't be disappointed. This place is spiced just right.
